- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Advertise your properties list on our several marketing Channels.
- Developing & maintaining successful business Leads.
- Working on a daily basis on updating her/his CRM account
Job Requirements
- Male or Female.
- Excellent English language and Computer Skills.
- Presentable.
- Very good in negotiation & communication skills.
- Must own a car
- Experience in Brokerage Real Estate Companies.
- Mainly experience on rent & Resale
