- Sell TMG's branded residences using comprehensive negotiation techniques.
- Build and maintain positive business relationships, establishing rapport with customers.
- Reach out to customer leads through referrals and other means.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within specified deadlines.
- Coordinate efforts with team members and other departments to maximize desired results.
- Provide direct manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
- Stay up to date with sales market trends, best practices, and promotional trends.
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature, involving the relevant department to complete the sales process.
- Prepare and submit required reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual result reports.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, prepare reports and make recommendations to the direct manager.
- Contribute to the team's overall success by accomplishing related results as needed.
