Job Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the design and implementation of our SaaS products and client projects.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing the structure of enterprise software solutions, overseeing the project implementation, and measuring the performance of the new system.

The Technical Lead will report directly to the CTO and collaborate on various software solution projects.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Lead at Teknorix, your focus will be:

• how technology can be used to solve a given business problem
• which framework, platform, or tech-stack can be used to create a solution
• how the application will look, what the modules will be, and how they interact with each other
• how things will scale for the future and how they will be maintained
• figuring out the risk in third-party frameworks/platforms
• finding a solution to a business problem

Requirements

• Past experience of working in a Technical Lead role
• Profound knowledge of programming languages, hardware and software applications
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and system architecture
• Ability to see big-picture designs from basic specifications
• Exceptional communication skills with good organizational skills
