Job Description
- Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
- Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable investment opportunities and areas of interest.
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Contacting potential and current customers and discussing their requirements.
- Developing & maintaining successful business Leads and relationships with all prospects (directly & indirectly through brokers).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Young energetic professional & business acumen.
- Presentable, well organized and Time Management skills
- Target driven, self motivated and result oriented.
- Analytical thinking & effective communication skills.
- Experience in New Capital (preferable).
- Owning a car (preferable).
- Familiar with MS office & CRM.
- Females (preferable)
