Qualification Any Graduate Preferred: Diploma / BE in Civil Engineers / Architecture

Job Location Vikhroli West & Bengaluru

Experience Relevant Exp in Interior fit out Retail/Commercial / Corporate.

Role and Responsibility:

Project Management

Extensive travel during the projects

Preparing Planning & Scheduling for the project

Daily Progress monitoring and reporting to client

Forecasting project completion dates

Manpower Planning

Site Coordination

Vendor coordination

Understanding of MEP and Safety compliance

Ensure Daily Progress Report from site on the work progress.

Escalations

NT Items tracking / Variation statement.

Raising Purchase requisition/ Indent

Vendor Management

MRN request form filling and managing.

Budget Preparation

Preparation of Amendment report

Preparation of nontender item BOQ /Variation Statements

Certify Vendor Bills

Scrutiny and Escalations Reports

JMS and Invoicing
