Project Manager - Payment Integrations

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for payment integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop project plans schedules and budgets to ensure timely and withinbudget delivery.
• Coordinate with thirdparty payment providers and technology partners to implement integration solutions.
• Monitor and report on project progress identifying and resolving any issues or risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to payment systems.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Conduct postimplementation reviews to assess the success of integration projects and identify areas for enhancement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in payment integration.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management particularly in delivering payment integration projects.
• Extensive knowledge of payment systems gateways and processing protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to work with crossfunctional teams and external vendors to achieve project goals.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices in project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning tracking and reporting.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize payment integration processes.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or related credentials is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects within established timelines and budgets.
