Project Manager

At The Wise Seeker we are looking for a Project Manager based in Spain to work remotely.

Job Responsibilities / Role

Promotes and encourages good cultureand behaviours personally and across the Team in line with our programme.
Identifiesassesses manages and reports risks taking proactive personal responsibility for doingthe right thing in compliance with regulatory requirements and our frameworks andpolicies.
Takes responsibility for specific risks and issues demonstrating what goodlooks like to other project team members and stakeholders.
Progresses specificactions that could minimise or mitigate risks identified (e.g. conduct risk operationalrisk credit risk etc.) and ensures 100% completion of mandatory training and any otherrole specific training required.
Proactively supports the bank in meeting its businesslegal regulatory and stakeholder obligations in respect of Financial Crime Compliance.Including identifying deterring detecting and disrupting money laundering sanctionsnoncompliance terrorist financing bribery and tax evasion risks that ariseby way of its activities
Manages and direct the project team and any matrix / extendeddelivery team providing clear objectives and tasks in support of delivery of the agreedBusiness Case.

Experience

Previous experience in Project Management role.
Strongunderstanding of project management methodologies and best practices includingBusiness Cases project planning stakeholder mapping and comms plans and risk andissue management.
Proven track record of delivery of workstreams of Dataprogrammes (specifically Data Management Data Privacy & ILM and Data CloudMigration).
Detailed knowledge of a Data & Analytics function within a financialservices company.
Proven experience of delivery of projects of key pillars of a DataStrategy.
Conceptual thinking and working from first principles ability rather than usinga standard prescribed formula.

Strong written and verbal communication skills inEnglish.
