Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning execution and delivery of observability projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
   
2. Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders including technical requirements timelines and resource allocation.
   
3. Develop and maintain project schedules track progress and manage project timelines milestones and dependencies.
   
4. Coordinate with engineering teams to prioritize tasks allocate resources and resolve blockers to ensure project delivery meets quality standards.
   
5. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among crossfunctional teams ensuring alignment on project objectives timelines and expectations.
   
6. Proactively identify risks issues and dependencies and develop mitigation plans to address them.
   
7. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders including project progress risks and key milestones.
   
8. Conduct postproject reviews to identify lessons learned areas for improvement and best practices for future projects.
   
9. Drive continuous improvement of project management processes tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
   
10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in observability monitoring and related technologies.
    

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects preferably in observability monitoring or related areas.
  
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) agile methodologies and project management principles.
  
• Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams drive results and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing priorities.
  
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira Asana or Trello and proficiency in project management software and productivity tools.
  
• Knowledge of observability tools and technologies such as Dynatrace AppDynamics Datadog Splunk NewRelic Prometheus Grafana Elasticsearch or similar is a plus.
  

Language Requirement: Proficiency in Dutch is mandatory.
