Overview:

The Project Manager Fresher plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing various projects within the organization. They are responsible for planning executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and thirdparty contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager Fresher will also define the project s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle ensuring that the projects are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans including documentation of project scope objectives deliverables timelines resource requirements and budget
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks and resources to ensure that project objectives are delivered within quality time and budget requirements
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document project requirements and expectations
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Ensure project documentation is complete current and stored appropriately
  • Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
  • Support the development of project managers and other project resources

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management Engineering or related field
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Leadership skills and the ability to drive project teams towards successful outcomes
  • Problemsolving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Detailoriented and able to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Proficiency in project management software tools
  • Ability to adapt to change and pivot as project requirements evolve
