Job Description
- Responsible for Emaar assets, facilitates maintenance and operation.
- Ensure all PPM to be on schedule.
- Responsibility of all soft services as per EMAAR standards.
- Manage daily operations.
- Ensure annual plan for soft services.
- Managing budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering is a must.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the field.
- Experience in Facility Management is a must.
