About the job

Were looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management Team and be part of one of the most successful insurtechstartups in Germany selling our services across Europe and Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the main contact person for project partners in all matters regarding tender participation requirements definition scoping and realization and management of the business cooperation
• Control heterogeneous internal and external project teams moderate committees including at top management level and present complex IT projects in a manner appropriate to the target group
• Plan and coordinate IT programs (both classic and Agile project management methods as required) and implement them endtoend from gathering requirements to intime delivery in coordination with our department
• Structure and prioritize the requests of the partners or internal stakeholders concerning project and product modifications and communicate them to Product and Engineering teams (from backendprocessrequirements to userfacing web)
• Generate and maintain project schedules and project documentation and be responsible for the ongoing QA of the content

Bring to the team

• Experience of being in a similar position for about 23 years with a good understanding of web and app technologies
• Highly experienced and well versed in the communication and negotiation between different internal & external stakeholders
• Ability to manage complex projects and always keep overview of status deliverables and challenges to the plan
• Strong and disciplined in documentation and keeping plans uptodate
• Ability to think in technical processes and datastructures as well as user experience flows processoriented and structured way of working as well as the affinity to work on details (coordination capabilities)
• Flexible to travel if needed
