Manage projects, handle the communication with client to ensure all instructions are executed, in addition to leading a team of project managers to deliver high quality of service to the client.

Managing projects:
Adding the project on Transparent software after estimating the word count and assigning the required resources.
Adding the PO on transparent.
Conduct QA using CAT tools.
Estimating deadline
Marking the project as delivered and the Pos as ready to invoice
Handling communication with customers
Handle different communications with the client regarding: new project, opportunities, feedback, queries, Pos, and invoices and share the feedback with relevant parties
Handle and share feedback with the linguists
Follow up on feedback implementation
Monitor and manage team’s performance against set metrics/KPIs.
Handle conflict/internal issues, resolve issues between project managers and other functions, and coach project managers.
Manage team's utilization through monitoring each project manager workload and redistributing workload if necessary.
Monitor/manage team's activity throughout the day and check samples of the projects completed to ensure all steps are followed.
Conduct appraisal for subordinates
Coach and mentor project managers in handling difficult communications with client
