Project Management Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Team Lead to join our dynamic translation company. As the Project Management Team Lead you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating translation projects ensuring their successful execution and leading a team of project managers to deliver exceptional language services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of project managers providing guidance support and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
2. Oversee the endtoend project management process from receiving client requests to final delivery ensuring adherence to quality standards timelines and client expectations.
3. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their translation requirements establish project scopes and provide accurate cost estimates.
4. Allocate resources and assign projects to project managers considering their expertise availability and workload distribution.
5. Monitor project progress identify potential risks or issues and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.
6. Foster strong relationships with clients addressing their queries resolving any concerns or issues and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
7. Continuously improve project management processes tools and methodologies to optimize efficiency streamline workflows and enhance overall project delivery.
8. Conduct regular performance evaluations of project managers providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as necessary.
9. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including translators editors and proofreaders to ensure smooth project execution and highquality deliverables.
10. Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in translation project management and implement relevant advancements to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in translation linguistics or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in project management within the translation industry preferably in a leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of translation processes terminology management and CAT tools.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients team members and stakeholders.
6. Leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams to achieve project goals.
7. Problemsolving mindset with the ability to think critically analyze complex situations and implement effective solutions.
8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
9. Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
