Job Summary

As a project manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and successfully delivering projects from initiation to completion. This position requires a seasoned professional who excels in strategic planning team leadership and efficient project execution.


Job Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Assist in developing detailed project plans timelines and milestones.
  • Communication Management: Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and activities to meet project objectives.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including meeting notes and reports.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project delivery.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor project budgets and expenses ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Timeline Adherence: Ensure project timelines are met and deadlines are consistently achieved.
  • Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams: Work collaboratively with different teams to ensure project alignment
  • Ad hoc tasks



Requirements

  • At least two years of proven experience in project management or a related role
  • Minimum of a college degree
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Project Management certification will be an added advantage

Schedule: West African Time: full time/part time (Availability between 02:00pm and 12am)
