PROJECT LEAD-Waste Management

Resource Management:

Manage allocated project resources including team allocation budget management and technology utilization.

Collaborate with all ecosystem stakeholders in uencing or contributing to this project ensuring effective engagement and alignment with project objectives.

Conduct continuous capacity planning to optimize team skills and resources for successful waste management project delivery.

Full responsibility of the project team with direct reporting from senior project managers an project managers.

Regular project updates and reviews with the core project committee.

Process Improvement:

Conduct regular assessments of processes identify ine ciencies and execute continuous process improvement.

De ne and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for project team partners and other project stakeholders while linking these KPIs to remuneration and incentives as applicable.

Evaluate and integrate technologies to enhance automation and streamline waste management processes.

Audits:

Implement internal audits to assess various project parameters like nance/budgeting operational KPIs project compliances etc.

Collaborate with the QEHS team at SZW for project execution in accordance to the SZW IMS certi cation.

Oversee audits focused on data security measures to safeguard sensitive information within waste management projects.

Conduct audits on project partners to ensure compliance with agreed upon terms and project requirements.

Field Survey:

Regularly visit eld locations to evaluate project execution with a focus to revise project parameters and KPIs through the feedback received.

Identify potential risks and challenges through the eld visits and revise risk mitigation project plan and develop effective strategies for mitigation and contingency planning.

Conduct key stakeholder meeting especially with Government local bodies private sector recyclers partners etc
