Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring engineering projects.
Monitor compliance with applicable laws, practices and quality assurance policies.
Interact on a daily basis with customers to explain their needs and requirements.
The tasks of a project engineer also include monitoring quality, performance standards, and specifications required of the project.
Follow up on work, budget, schedule, plans and staff performance and report regularly on project status.
Defining and distributing responsibilities to the work team within the project.
