- Monitor and follow up on the progress and targets of various departments, including projects, development, marketing, finance, community, and legal
- Assist in resolving problems and challenges raised by different departments, providing support and guidance as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and other stakeholders
- Represent management in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with external parties.
- Participate in the acquisition of new lands, studying potential opportunities in coordination with relevant departments
- Monitor the ongoing development of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and timely execution
- Prepare and discuss budgets and cash-flow projections for different developments.
- Monitor the performance of projects and construction activities, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
- Conduct weekly construction meetings with contractors to review progress and address any issues or concerns
