- Responsible for managing developmental projects of the factory like new machinery for new capacities or new products and infrastructure projects for production and supporting functions from initiation to execution and handover.
- Managing communication with local and international suppliers to maintain consistent performance for the production lines and auxiliaries.
- Good comprehension of the factory consumables and spare parts to develop the factory inventory annually
- Project charter development, planning, monitoring & following up and ensuring complete successful handover
- Projects’ documentation management
- Supplier communication to ensure progress
- Operational & Capital budget development
- Spare parts analysis
