Job Description

- Monitoring and control of the design deliverables schedule
- Development of tracking & monitoring tools for the design team
- Development of the project's architectural and engineering deliverables
- Productivity & Earned Value Reports
- Dashboard (Power BI) Reports
- Project performance management, monitoring and reporting
- Preparation of Cost Control & Forecast Reports
- Budget forecasting, monitoring, and reporting including expenditures for material, subcontractors, labor, staff, plant, and equipment
- Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports for Managerial and Board levels
- Preparation of Executive & Project Control Reports (i.e. compilation of inputs from Cost Control, Contracts, Planning, Engineering, Commercial, QA/QC, and Safety Departments)
- Dashboard Reporting to Management
- Leading Site Coordination Meetings in which labor productivity, material consumption, wastage, and compliance are analyzed
- Identifying efficiencies and areas of non-compliance
