Experience: 515 years

Licensure: Licensed

Software Proficiency: Proficient in Revit (primary software)

Location: Inoffice position with 3 WFH days per month

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion

Collaborate with design team and clients to develop project requirements and design solutions

Produce and oversee production of architectural drawings plans and specifications

Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and industry standards

Coordinate with consultants contractors and vendors throughout project lifecycle

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

Strong proficiency in Revit software

Excellent communication and project management skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Previous experience leading architectural projects is preferred
