Indicatura Project Administrator

Location
We are proud to offer a flexible approach to the location of our roles, with the majority of our team already enjoying the related benefits. We offer the flexibility to work from home or be based within our Manchester office or a combination of both.

Salary and Benefits
23k 28k with an annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary and a Share Option Scheme package. We also offer various other supportive benefits, including private healthcare and 34 days holiday allowance.

About The Role
We are recruiting across the business, and as a Project Administrator you will be joining the business at an exciting time. Indicatura is a vibrant and growing consultancy that delivers improved value to clients from planned investments in new and existing physical assets. We play a key role in the shaping and delivery of some of the UK s most critical and exciting projects. Our clients are top tier companies or national government and public sector organisations and we help those clients make the best CapEx decisions.

Key Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our likeminded team of professionals.

As a Project Administrator you would be working with our business and consulting team and play a critical role in the effective delivery of the business and high profile projects. Responsibilities may include:

  • Project document control
  • Project administration including system administration, time keeping, cost control, bookings and communications
  • Some project coordination including administration of the risk register and assurance and compliance with processes and standards
  • Helping to drive team compliance with internal and external deadlines
  • Project financial administration
  • Project reporting (financial and delivery progress)
  • Support the production of financial and operational reports for internal and external use
  • Organising meetings and workshops for the project team and external stakeholders

What are we looking for in a candidate?
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and accountability, be able to effectively self-manage with a strong attention to detail. PMO administration and project coordination experience would be beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be given. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate

  • High level of competency with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Personable and professional manner
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise
  • Conscientious, with strong attention to detail
  • A self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
