Discover programme is a two-year development journey targeted at young talent recruited from premium universities. The programme is aimed at grooming potential talent for functional & technical roles through hands-on business experience and high-impact strategic projects via rotations while working with global teams.
The programme helps graduates in developing themselves by providing them with the right platform and support to realize their potential. Across the two years, graduates will rotate in 2 chosen areas of specialization in Technology , Business , Human Resources , or Care , and will also be given exposure to multiple cross-functional projects.
