Develop the infrastructure to expand marketplace capabilities
Work with internal and external affairs teams to identify risks and barriers into new markets for services
Coordinate with regional growth leads on strategies and tactics for services
Weekly reporting of progress and metrics
Develop KPIs for customer acquisition and retention
Expand current programs into new geographies
Work with tech team to development and system architecture
Test new initiatives in small test markets before rolling out globally
Develop strategies and tactics for testing new products and services using various E-Commerce tools and methods
Create and facilitate presentations to internal and external stakeholders
To prepare and maintain a program plan in order to ensure uninterrupted delivery of services, organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
Create and manage long-term and short-term goals, develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved, meet with key stakeholders (Business, Product, Tech) to create proper sync regarding project deliveries and decisions on services
Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle, analyze program risks and work on strategy with key stakeholders contributing to the success of the program
