- Provides subject matter or functional area expertise for management tasks in addition to fulfilling management responsibilities. Direct, plan, organize, control, and manage EPA Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards (OAQPS) the project to ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled in an efficient and timely manner. Supervise project leaders, consultants and analysts; mentors’ consultants and analysts; and brings knowledge, coordination, and expertise to all projects. Serves as the primary liaison to the Government.
- Manages long-term IT projects, performs design evaluations, and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.
- Develops and implements long-term IT roadmaps and strategy, and monitors alignment of tactical activities.
- Provides a higher-level view of activities occurring within the enterprise and the impacts on information sharing initiatives.
