Tasks

• Guide the endtoend delivery of engineering projects while aligning with corporate standards and customer needs
• Liaise with crossfunctional teams to ensure cohesive organizational objectives
• Strategically allocate resources to meet project milestones
• Assess project risks and devise appropriate mitigation plans
• Periodically report on project status to senior leadership

Requirements

• 10 years in a leadership role within an engineering environment
• Minimum 3 years experience in Program/Project Management
• Extensive knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
