Program Manager for Consumer Electronics Company

At Talent Brand we are searching for a PROGRAM MANAGER to join a major company dedicated to business outsourcing for largescale distribution and retail.

PROFILE:

Someone with strong leadership capabilities for the management of business projects. Remarkable at assertive communication and data analysis. Proactive in decisionmaking and clearly clientoriented. Selfmanagement and sense of responsibility.

TASKS:

Team management: manage and supervise work teams including sales teams (promoters and salespeople) and other Task Force team members.

Resource management: coordinate and allocate the necessary resources to implement projects including staff materials and budget.

Communication with clients: maintain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction identify opportunities for improvement and manage expectations.

Results assessment: monitor and assess project results analysing KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed.

Process optimisation: identify and foster continuous improvement of operational processes to increase service efficiency and quality.

Reports and documentation: prepare regular reports and documentation related to the project progress milestones achieved and potential problems.

Risk management: proactively identify and manage projectrelated risks and take corrective action when necessary.

Project planning and coordination: design and plan external sales force strategies and programmes considering the clients objectives and requirements.

Client development: identify new opportunities to create new projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or any related fields. Additional training as Product Manager Data Analyst or the like is highly valued.

Fluency in spoken and written English is essential as it is the language of communication with the direct client.

Ability to prepare presentations.

Being up to date with innovations in technology for both personal and business use.

Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies.

Past experience in project and team management.

Knowledge and use of CRMs.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office especially Excel (dynamic tables and charts).

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

Past experience in a similar position.

Familiar with the iOS operating system.
