• Lead a team of Delivery Managers to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to service level agreements
• Foster client relationships at the mid to senior levels and proactively address client concerns or issues.
• Oversee the financial aspects of the Region Delivery, including monitoring budgets and cost control.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director on defining and achieving key performance metrics.
• Adapt Delivery strategies to emerging industry trends and market opportunities.
• Mediate and resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Regularly report on the status of client Delivery to senior management.
