Job Description

Sunshine Enterprise USA is seeking a Program Data Administrator for an office setting. The successful candidate will support our client s ongoing program through data processing and administration ensuring accurate recording and tracking of customer data and facilitating efficient program operations. Troubleshooting systematic errors and providing relevant services will also be part of the role.


Work hours:

MF 8:30 4:30 pm Pacific Time 37.5 hours per week excluding statutory holidays in British Columbia or as otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing


Expected Start Date:


on or before April 15 2024

Duration:

6 months with the possibility of extension


Location:


Vancouver BC



Responsibilities

Conduct regular data entry and processing tasks to ensure accurate recording and tracking of customer data across multiple platforms

Perform data quality checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data

Collaborate with other team members to streamline data processes and improve efficiency

Ensure compliance and standards governing data privacy and security

Respond to data inquiries and requests from internal stakeholders in a timely manner

Implement and maintain data management best practices to uphold data integrity and confidentiality

Other tasks as reasonably required by the Project Manager


Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology or other relevant field required

A minimum of 12 years of prior experience using the MS Office suite with a demonstrated proficiency in Excel in an office environment required

Previous experience with data processing database management preferred

Experience with Salesforce and/or the ability to learn new technical platforms preferred

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy

Excellent problemsolving and analytical thinking

Excellent multitasking abilities

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Upon request candidates should submit two professional references capable of verifying the quality of their work relevant to the duties of this position

o References from the candidate s own organization are not acceptable


Interview Process

The interview process for suitable candidates will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Each candidate will receive notification approximately one week prior to the scheduled interview including details on the date time location and format.


Additional Requirements

The successful candidate may be required to complete GPEB registration and fulfill other onboarding requirements before the interview date.
