Job Description

  • Provide research assistance and administrative support to the work of CCF and administrative, research and scheduling support to the maternal and early childhood team at CCF.
  • Assist policy staff with Medicaid - and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) - specific research and policy tracking
  • Support CCF technical assistance to state partners and may support conferences or convenings

Work Interactions

Reporting to the CCF’s Senior Fellow, the Program Assistant provides administrative support and research assistance; and assists policy staff with Medicaid and CHIP-specific research and policy tracking.

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in public policy, public health, or social sciences
  • Interest in substantive work of CCF, particularly Medicaid and the CHIP and maternal health and early childhood
  • Ability to assist with research projects and presentations
  • Basic administrative specialist skills, including ability to create and regularly use Google Sheets or Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Efficiency and attention to detail
