Products Liability Mid-Senior Level Associate Attorney

My Client is seeking a products liability lawyer to join us at the midsenior associate level in their Chicago and Cleveland offices. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and communication skills and a dedicated interest and experience in products liability defense work with medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturer clients with both complex multidistrict matters as well as oneoff individual cases.

Former trial level clerkships are a plus. A scientific background is also a plus as well as an entrepreneurial orientation. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing litigator including experience in drafting pleadings; preparing and responding to discovery; taking and defending fact party and expert depositions; motion practice and court appearances. Candidates must be able to thrive in a teamoriented environment and possess exceptional research writing and communication skills.
