Job Description

- Organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently, responding to resource issues as necessary, leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line
- Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary, ensuring execution of volume, conforming product and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines
- Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance
- Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams, creating engineering BOMs for metal and plastic manufactured in feeder factory
- Ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies
