Forecasting analysis Supply Planning HC Capacity Planning (both Inhouse & Vendor model) Demand planning SIOP process worldwide.
Supply Demand Planning / SIOP planning / Good Communication Skills/ Detail Oriented/ Local required for Hybrid schedule 23 days onsite. Using SAP & IBP Planning application (Required) 35 years of planning experience minimum. Please resubmit any candidates. Working with cross functional teams. At Least BA in Supply Chain or Engineering.

We are looking for team members with analytical skill sets manufacturing/supply chain/planning experience to join the team with a mission to lead the SIOP planning process. The SIOP planning function relies on leveraging knowledge on large data sets to compute demand and supply plans to meet customer demand and maintain inventory targets. We measure this through various metrics such as Forecast accuracy/inventory health/Sales Plan v Actual and Build Plan vs Actual First Pass Fill Rates etc. This role also provides paths to broaden experience skills and network of colleagues in diverse functional areas.
Key Responsibilities include:
Lead and participate in crossfunctional team SIOP process to develop best in class demand plan and optimum supply plan
Facilitate and drive collaboration with Marketing Sales Operations Finance team members to develop monthly/quarterly forecasts over midterm and longterm.
Review and make improvements to statistical forecasting models to drive best in class forecast accuracy on demand plans
Analyze data output historical shipments procedure data and consumption to see if there are modifications required based on product segmentation.
Partner with Engineering/Marketing teams to understand product lifecycle develop robust plans to enable new product launch and product end of life (EOL) planning.
Partner with manufacturing planning regulatory and facilities teams to understand and drive buffer strategies to enable building moves and plan for regulatory restrictions.
Understand/ manage safety stock/ inventory targets for various regions/ plants
Develop capacity and material constrained build plan through cross functional collaboration with appropriate teams
Support with Scenario planning through different Demand and Supply scenarios understand & articulate impact
Represent their product families and present relevant data/ charts in the crossfunctional SIOP meetings
Understand Key Performance Indicators such as Forecast accuracy First Pass Fill Rate Backorder Finished Goods Inventory
Monitor performance to plan eg. forecast versus actuals and drive corrective actions/ mitigation plans
Use datadriven analytical rigor to accurately identify issues that lead to suboptimal output and their root causes
Interact and support projects in SAP/o9 etc.
