Production Manager Aqua

Job Description Knowledge of shrimp processing techniques quality standards and safety regulations Proficient in MS Office and ERP software We are looking for a qualified and experienced production manager to oversee the operations of our shrimp processing plant. You will be responsible for planning organizing and managing the production to ensure quality efficiency and profitability.

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet operational goals
• Oversee all aquaculture production activities and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
• Manage and optimize production processes to achieve efficiency and costeffectiveness
• Lead and mentor the production team to maintain a collaborative and highperforming work environment
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support production continuity
• Implement quality control measures to ensure product consistency and compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and maximize output
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resources and support overall business objectives
• Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations
• Analyze production data and implement improvements to enhance overall performance
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for productionrelated expenses
• Implement and maintain best practices for sustainable aquaculture production
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and processes to improve production efficiency
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans for production growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Aquaculture Marine Science Biology or a related field
• Proven experience in aquaculture production management
• Demonstrated understanding of aquaculture production techniques and best practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Indepth knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory requirements in aquaculture
• Proficiency in production planning and process optimization
• Ability to analyze and interpret production data to drive continuous improvement
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in budgeting and cost management for production operations
• Familiarity with sustainable aquaculture practices and environmental impact
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic production environment
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools
• Certification in aquaculture production management or related areas is a plus
