Job Description
- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Supervising the work of junior staff
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Overseeing production processes
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Organizing relevant training sessions for junior staff
Job Requirements
- BSc. in Engineering is a must (Production department or Industrial Engineering).
- Male Only.
- Experience 0-2 Years
- Proven experience in steel manufacturing and assembly line.
- Showing proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrating experience reducing cost or improving efficiency in previous jobs
- Having professional planning experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A high sense of commitment and responsibility
