Production amp Logistics Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production & Logistic Manager to join our team on a 12month contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing local production management to ensure ontime delivery planning material schedules for both overseas and local items and maintaining optimal warehouse inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to ensure ontime delivery.
• Conduct inventory control and monitor warehouse inventory status monthly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to verify contract delivery dates and establish production plans.
• Liaise with the Finance team to assess the cost of materials from overseas countries.
• Coordinate with the project management team to verify correct material specifications.
• Determine the most efficient delivery methods.
• Access customer systems to print out delivery notes and check for any changes in delivery dates.
• Arrange transportation for material in/out.
• Oversee overall warehouse control.
• Foster team communication and provide support as needed.

Required Competencies:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in production or equivalent education.
• Several years of experience in production and logistics.
• Proven and relevant knowledge and capabilities in the field.
• Customeroriented futuredriven and ambitious with a proactive approach.
• Strong team and personnel management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office SharePoint and ERP systems.
• Solid organizational and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Midlevel English proficiency.
