- Maintain the customer life cycle by making phone calls daily and field visits working with channel partners to understand the customer needs, and requirements and engage them.
- Manage the ongoing projects with the current doctors
- Manage accounts, identify issues, and handle customers.
- Perform effective online demos for customers
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
