Overview:
The Senior Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the success and growth of the staffing division. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities building key customer relationships and maintaining extensive knowledge of the current market conditions within the staffing industry. The Senior Business Development Executive will work with the leadership team to design execute and manage business development strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking cold calling and other strategies.
- Understand the company s staffing services and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue growth and longterm client partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure successful fulfillment of staffing needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the industry and continually monitor market trends to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and promote our services.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team on sales and business development activities.
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate and uptodate client records.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the staffing industry with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment process including sourcing screening and placement of candidates.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic work environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and a customercentric approach.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong collaboration skills.
