Product Owner

Job Description

We are hiring our Product owner to join our rapidly scaling technology organization. This person will help drive new product features and rollouts and work collaboratively with our world-class engineering and operations teams.

What You'll Do

• Ideate and drive product initiatives for a rapidly expanding order fulfillment e-commerce application
• Work closely with our engineering team to set project timelines and execute against them
• Serve as a bridge to our operations team and incorporate internal and external feedback to inform product strategy
• Adapt to shifting business goals and team structures as we go through hypergrowth

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3-6+ years of product management experience (high growth startup environment strongly preferred)
• Ability to understand how our business functions and how challenges and bottlenecks can be addressed through the product team
• Ability to leverage data in the decision-making process
• Track record of working closely with top-flight engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to ship software products quickly and on-time

Bonus Points For:

• Experience at an operationally intensive company
• Computer Science background (or STEM degree)
• Design experience
