- Determine product specifications and generate product requirements to ensure that the product is specified in the projects’ tender documents
- Execute product marketing campaigns, seminars and training through digital and on ground channels and conduct regular visits to the customers
- Study current product gaps compared to competition per market and Work on it.
- Provide inputs to management about the market potential, positioning of the products.
- Communicate with the sales the updated market intelligence to maximize our market coverage.
- Evaluate the existing product gaps and the sales of present products to have a clear insight on market requirements.
- Ensure that the branding policy of the channels are implemented in effective manner.
- Motivate and train the Sales team and also Channel Sales team
- Strong Electrical Engineering background
- Strong MS Office Skills
