Product Manager

Job Title: Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop product vision roadmap and features required to meet the needs of the customers and communicate it with the development teams and system architects/engineers.
• Oversee long to mediumterm planning and manages the product life cycle.
• Support the selection of talent and required skillsets during the establishment process of the development teams.
• Deliver value through the program backlog and continuous delivery pipeline.
• Communicate with Product Owners and other key stakeholders to report or discuss vision progress risks and issues.
• Lead collaborative elicitation and documentation of business functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Translate the ideas and requirements into highquality agile artifacts such as epics and features.
• Manage portfolio and program level backlog while providing ongoing guidance to the development team.
• Adhere and contribute to Agile standards and best practices including documentation and processes.
• Drive product releases and validate completed epics and features.
• Meet the predefined acceptance criteria and complies with the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
• Assure builtin quality of the product focusing on maximizing value.
• Develop change management plans to ensure adoption of product features and to realize business benefits and value.
• Manage overall budget for the product including developing planning monitoring and making decisions on reallocation of resources cross functionally to deliver the product.
• Develop a clear model of how the solution provides value to customers and customercentric ROI models that align with the value provided.
• Create any necessary pricing or revenuegenerating elements and outlicensing models.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or handson experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong customercentric mindset with the ability to find and communicate the solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the development cycle agile frameworks and how to manage a development sprint.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to multiple stakeholders and clients.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas in userfriendly language.
• Strong decisionmaking skills to provide quick inputs and resolve issues and escalations.
• Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills to break down complex technical solutions into smaller pieces.
• Solid leadership skills with the ability to influence and provide specialized guidance and expertise to all levels of the organization.
