Work Hours : Provide some UK coverage and manage India team

Scope

Client s Presentations and Graphics department is seeking a full time Presentations Design Manager to lead, coordinate and support an existing team of 4 members in producing high quality investment banking pitch books and executive summaries, formatting research reports, credentials and general marketing documents, supporting emailing campaigns, designing newsletters and announcements, and keeping a record of worked The Presentations Design Manager will have outstanding leadership and management skills, and will primarily ensure that the team performs at the highest standards whilst ensuring that Client s reputation for best-in-the-market transaction materials is

This role will be on a fully remote working basis within a highly talented team and at a firm that offers flexibility, exposure to stimulating work and career

Responsibilities

.

Lead, plan and coordinate the work of the Presentations and Graphics team making sure that deliverables are consistently completed with the highest levels of quality whilst meeting tight

.

Support the team in:

o Designing PowerPoint information memorandums, executive summaries and custom

o Creating both company branded and custom charts, graphs, tables, icons and other

o Improving fully functional custom PowerPoint

o Formatting Word, Excel and PowerPoint

o Working with creating, combining, editing, watermarking, redacting and optimizing PDF

.

Work with the Marketing department in designing, formatting and creating collateral for marketing campaigns and other company branding materials

.

Lead the work, alongside Marketing, in supporting business development campaigns with emailers, newsletters, prospect contact management, presentations, etc

.

Work with the Research team to design research reports and thought leadership pieces for

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Presentations Specialist or similar capacity designing, creating and editing financial documents, spreadsheets and
  
• Extensive experience in leading teams and in creative support within a corporate, service-oriented, deadline-driven
  
• Investment Banking / Asset Management / financial industry or similar experience an
  
• Bachelor s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphics, Business or related
  
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro and Photoshop).
  
• Strong knowledge and experience in designing infographics, financial charts, tables and
