Product Designer-Visual - AVIZVA

Overview of The Role: As the Head Product Designer you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire design process from ideation to execution of company products. We are looking for someone who can focus on the functionality and overall visual elements that enhance the clients ability to navigate within digital products effortlessly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating usercentric solutions. This role that will require a high level of creativity and initiative to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design process for new products and enhancements ensuring a consistent and userfriendly experience.
• Mentor associate designers providing guidance and feedback to help them nurture their skills.
• Work closely with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to align design vision with business goals and technical constraints.
• Develop visual aids such as wireframes storyboards prototypes user flows process flows and site maps to present user interface designs.
• Present product design ideas to leadership and take direction whenever necessary.
• Showcasing great UX and UI solutions having worked on initiatives end to end from Product Discovery to continuous improvements.
• Provide feedback on existing or newly developed user experiences to the engineering team.
• Resolve moderately complex issues related to design and user experience collaborating with peers colleagues and managers as necessary.
• Be responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Bachelors or Masters degree or any other design related field of study.
• 13 years of experience as a product designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in design software like Figma Sketch Adobe Photoshop Illustrator XD.
• Indepth knowledge & understanding of the balance of colours textures and interactive elements.
• An eye for detail and visual design strong knowledge of visual design principles UI patterns layout and execution for mobile and desktop platforms.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills to effectively communicate the designs to stakeholders (internal and external).
• Critical and strategic thinking to find solutions for a varied partners and use cases.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes ideas and solutions to teams and clients.
