Your Impact

To be successful on this mission we are looking for a Product Designer (m/f/d) to significantly drive our growth. You will work hand in hand with the product managers user researchers and engineers from identifying problems and opportunities to implementing solutions and delivering the product.

Your Mission

• Create user flows and prototypes supporting your findings and showing the directions you would like to take along the way and test them with customers.
• Deliver a UI that is consistent with Patronus brand while providing context for your design choice
• Create and maintain components (e. g. design systems) and documentation for the use of designers and engineers
• Be a design advocate within the company you help the team develop its design understanding and sensibility by communicating around design tools methods processes and craft

Your Talent

• You have 2 years of experience as a Product Designer and a proven track record in endtoend product design (please make sure to submit your portfolio with your application!) with a focus on consumerfacing mobile applications
• You are detailoriented with broad expertise in creating user experiences and digital interfaces and can deliver productionready assets for development
• You are familiar with tools like figma notion and other design tools
• You know how to translate customer needs into business opportunities
• You are able to clearly articulate and communicate design decisions and are open to feedback from the team
• You are fluent in English and have German B2 Level (able to hold conversations with German customers)
• Startup experience and a fondness for elderlycare is a plus
