PRODUCT DESIGNER REQUIREMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct user testing and evaluate the effectiveness of the product design
Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user
research.
Conduct competitive research and analysis to ensure the product is competitive
in the market
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create delightful consumer
experiences and products
Create and maintain design guidelines and brand standards
Identify opportunities for product or feature enhancements and Take new ideas
from concepts to implementation
Remain uptodate on industry trends market conditions and consumer
preferences
Iterate existing designs to meet industry or consumer needs
Present product design ideas to leadership and teams and take direction
whenever necessary
Make datadriven design decisions based on analytics and user feedback.

Think argue analyze strategize and iterate.
Be openminded for suggestions and criticism with an unbreakable spirit.
Be responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high
quality.
Apply strategic design thinking to realworld problems.

REQUIREMENT
24 years of professional experience on a product design team
Experience working in a fastpaced environment to iterate and ship work that
balances user and business needs
A strong track record of collaboration with crossfunctional teams
Ability to conduct interpret and present qualitative and quantitative feedback and
research
Exceptional communication skills for conveying design concepts and roadmaps
Strong problemsolving and delegation skills
Excellent time and project management skills
Be able to mentor designers on the latest design trends.
Ownership for the team and deliverables.
