Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements, analyze user needs and translate them into high quality products.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes using flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with a cross functional team to achieve great results.
• Create/ manage existing design system.
• Conduct user research and testing methodologies to validate the design decisions
• Contribute to product planning, strategy and roadmaps.
• Contribute to OKRs and Tech org performance.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years experience as a UIUX Designer.
• Experience in building/ maintaining design systems.
• Experience in E-commerce, illustrations and animations would shine your profile.
• Ability to solve complex UX problems, logical thinking and good technical understanding of e commerce systems.
• Proficiency in the required tools of trade like Figma, InVision, Zeplin, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
• Experience in tools like Figma, Sketch app, Maze, Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Have contributed in the launch and complete lifecycle of high scale products.
• Have a super knack of user experience and journey.
• Ability to multitask in a highly energetic, fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Accountability and ownership: self-driven individual who can build and maintain high - scale projects end to end.
• Have a great UIUX portfolio with case studies to prove your design decisions.
