A specialty hospital located near Lubbock, TX is seeking a full-time, permanent Registered Nurse, Case Manager (RN) to join a team! Great benefits! Central location near Texas Tech

Registered nurses (RNs) who must have the ability to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care Duties include utilization review, case management, and discharge planning, advocating for patient welfare, and serving as a liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare Reviews medical records for concurrent discharge planning, length of stay, and insurance and managed care Works with patients and their families to establish post-hospital

Pay: $30-$40/hourly DOE

Registered Nurse, Case Manager (RN) Job Details:

• Opportunity for Registered Nurse, Case Manager (RN) to serve as the liaison between the financial and case management of the hospital
  
• Selected Registered Nurse, Case Manager (RN) candidate will also ensure that patient care is conducted according to the policies and standards of the facility
  
• Assist in presenting data and taking minutes for certain meetings
  
• Full-time, permanent direct-hire position
  
• Schedule: Monday Friday 8am 5pm

Registered Nurse, Case Manager (RN) Requirements:

• Must be a licensed RN in the state of Texas or compact state equivalent
  
• Minimum of 1-3 years case management in an acute care setting
  
• BLS/ACLS
