- Designing and implementing plans for local sourcing to reach the business targets, identifying new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team
- Qualifying new suppliers in cooperation with supplier quality and engineering specialists, negotiating agreements with main suppliers and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions
- Applying and implementing PL standards, tools and processes in the area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost and sustainability
- Creating and updating reports, as required, following the ABB standards, executing and implementing new directions within the area of responsibility
- Applying standards on health, safety, environment and business ethics within operational work, contract management and negotiations
- Executing effective and transparent communication internally, externally and between different units and centers
- Standardizing processes and implementing routines as per group directives/instructions
