- Running RFXs for all assigned categories (Direct & Indirect)
- Enforce Procurement Policy and get involved at early stages in scope of work definition and issue the RFX
- Ensure that a business has a constant supply of materials or equipment.
- Work towards achieving targeted financial efficiencies and cost savings initiatives
- Source, review, negotiate & procure materials and services for the company.
- Prepare purchase orders, submit and send to suppliers.
- Monitor purchase orders delivery, payments, terms and conditions.
