Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:
• Leading the Unilever’s packaging sustainably business model, connected with Unilever and the business agenda to deliver our Sustainability program for paper and Plastics: optimized specifications, recycled content usage, reduce waste
• To develop, implement and drive Unilever procurement strategies for all packaging portfolios for NALI.
• To assess, identify and select the appropriate supplier base that would meet the needs of the business.
• To directly lead or co-ordinate large procurement projects him/herself to support the NALI Business strategies
• Have good financial acumen to understand material cost and GM drivers.
• To deliver cost savings/value creation based on sourcing strategies and compliance management
• To continuously improve ways of working and optimize procurement activities.
• To support NALI Innovation program, partnering with Global and BUs teams where needed.
• Outstanding in idea generation, ideas that are forward thinking, and that contribute in creating sustained competitive advantage in Procurement Value
• A strategic Influencer - Strong at selling ideas to his/her business partners, internally and externally, translating these into effective proposals conveying the total value and driving execution.
