Your Role
We are hiring an experienced and motivated Process Engineer. Successful candidate should have strong technical expertise problemsolving abilities and a commitment to delivering sustainable and reliable process solutions.
- Support process validation activities including the development of validation protocols execution and documentation.
- Support the installation and commissioning of process equipment ensuring adherence to design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and improve quality.
- Ensure processes meet industry standards regulations and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve process deviations identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and modifications to enhance efficiency safety and compliance.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives applying best practices and innovative solutions to enhance process performance.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of processes changes and improvements in accordance with company policies.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related engineering discipline.
- 36 years of process engineering and process validation experience in the life science pharma and/or biotech industries.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- At PSC Biotech many of our projects and clients are located in various regions around the country. Therefore we value candidates who are willing and able to travel as needed for project assignments and client engagements. The ability to adapt to different locations cultures and work environments is essential as it allows our team members to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues nationally.

Estimated annual salary (dependent on experience) $75000 $90000.
